It is typically a Louisiana/Texas thing. Get 5-20 pounds of crawfish/crayfish/crawdads (depending on where you are from) boil them with potatos, corn, and a bag of seasoning. And then sit there for the next hour or so peeling them, and stuffing your face with good food. If you are real brave or cajun you suck the brains. That is where the most flavor is.....so they say. Its a lot of work, but when it is done right, it is good.
