In Bo and Queen, Kita not so much. Don't worry, I am going to talk to the vet about her. Anyway, please ignore the people, Deanna was having a crawfish boil. (wish I was there for that) :)

I dunno about the horses, but sign me up for the next "crawfish burl" as they say in L'oosianna.

It is typically a Louisiana/Texas thing. Get 5-20 pounds of crawfish/crayfish/crawdads (depending on where you are from) boil them with potatos, corn, and a bag of seasoning. And then sit there for the next hour or so peeling them, and stuffing your face with good food. If you are real brave or cajun you suck the brains. That is where the most flavor is.....so they say. Its a lot of work, but when it is done right, it is good.
