Just wanted to share some pics of Cookie! I WAS leasing her, but the woman who owns her ran into some hard times and has to sell her. unfortunately, I can't afford her.

















I miss my beautiful girl! BUT, hopefull starting soon I'll be leasing Kara, who I love just as much.

I do think Cookie's feet need some TLC though...nothing too bad, but I noticed her right front has a chip hanging off and a crack starting towards her cornet band. The faster you get a farrier out to clean that up, the more mildly it'll affect her. I know you said you were leasing her, not sure if you still are or this just ended...but she needs a quick rasp. Too bad you're losing her, but at least you have other horses to fill that void!

Yeah, I pointed her foot out to her owner last time I was there just helping her out with her horses, after the lease had ended. She said the farrier should be out in a couple days. Hopefully it's been fixed up, I haven't seen her since. Yeah, I'm going to miss her like crazy! She was probably the easiest horse I've ever ridden (unless she was in heat haha). I could put my 3 year old nephew on her and she would suddenly walk SO carefully, no bouncing.
