Show Season 2011, Here We Come!
I've only been half leasing Major for three months now (we'll be full leasing starting in April!!
), and he's improved SO much. It used to be impossible to get him in frame, his leads were always wrong, and his trots were laggy and hard to get now. Now, only three months later, his canter leads are usually correct (if not, it's my fault for the most part), he goes into frame easily and sometimes by himself, and his trots are picking up speed.
Most people are in disbelief when I tell him that he's going to be 5 in the summer.
He's gone from this..
I'm just so proud of his progress. :) We have a few clinics and shows all planned for the summer. We're going to be in a weeklong clinic with a well-known trainer who specializes in Quarter Horses, my instructor says the he'll love Major. :)
I just love him. <3
Forever loved, never forgotten; my beautiful Indie. <3 Hoofprints on my heart.
