Smile Socks & Kalypso

So on Tuesday I went to the barn to ride my horse. Then when I was done riding,i took my horse out to eat some grass. I took some pictures while he was eatting. I like how the pics came out. White horse with the green grass and the blue sky. Enjoy.

Two pictures of my horse Kalypso. Then Socks is the chestnut qh mare who belongs to my sister who is away at college. So I get to ride socks sometimes and she gets used for beginner lessons.

Sorry if the pics seem big. I don't know how to resize them.

Please leave me some comments. Thanks.

He is a nice big beefy boy! My mom goes crazy over paints! I prefer smaller spots ;)

Her mare is pretty, how old is she?

Oh I know it takes alot of time...Lol! That's why I don't have a paint with lots of white! The Appy I had was ALWAYS dirty...I gave up after a while, because as soon as I'd turn him back out in the pasture, after a good groom, he'd find the dirtiest spot to roll in!

Thank you all for your comments. Socks is 21 years old. She's a good horse.

Lately Kalypso has been pretty good about stayn clean.. he would only have little dirt spots on him...thats about it. Nothing to bad.

To TwisterRush....I named Kalypso that name. The name he came with was Whitey. I found the name Kalypso on a horse naming website.
