Some from Today

I rode all day yesterday and got some pictures before the camera died. It kept raining off and on all day so I'd ride till it rained harder then go inside and wait for it to stop. None of Chase =[. But I got a few of Shasta...

I love my little girl <3

That is funny because we've always thought she is part arab! The lady we got her from swears she is full sister to my gelding out of a stock bred paint. When I talked to the stallions owner they said they didn't cover that mare twice. =D So weird...

I had to come back to ask. I was sure that you said this mare was a purebred paint right?

She has such a baby doll head almost looks like she has some Arabian in her! I really like her look!

She is supposed to be but I doubt it. The previous owner swears she is full sister to my gelding. I talked to the studs owner and they swear they never covered that mare twice. They also said he had never thrown tobiano out of an overo mare or the color brown. She looks and acts nothing like my gelding. She looks nothing like the sire. She is really hyper(hints why I use her for speed events) and tends to randomly start prancing with her tail up in the air(I thought that was normal for most horses but not sure). She has the little delicate head and feet unlike Chase.

Here's Chases head for comparison, first one is when he was really young, the next one is more recent and shows how he lacks that dip in his nose and she has it-

The sire-

The dam(<---also in my avatar)-

Bloodlines which apply to both of them-
Shasta Paint

Oh, and the reason why neither of them is registered APHA is because the stallions papers were never transferred to the owner at time of services name.

And thank you everyone!
