Stall name signs

I made name signs for all of the horse's stalls. I bought unfinished wood signs and stained them with an acrylic burnt sienna wash. Then I used my Cricut die cutting machine with the marker instead of the blade and printed each horse's name with the Old West cartride. After transferring the names to the board, I hand-painted each name with acrylic black paint. I painted the outer edges with "bittersweet chocolate" brown paint. Then I used the same color in a wash and stained the hemp rope. Once dried, I glued and nailed the rope around the perimeter of the sign. I finished it up with an exterior gloss sealer. Here is the finished product:

Wow! I love it! I had someone make me one at the barn for me, only cost me $10 and it looks great.

Love the Western look of yours though!
