Team Penning Clinic

Just wanted to share... I went to team penning clinic today. First time ever for me and Jemma (actually she was the youngest horse there, she just turned 5). I must admit she did much better then I expected. Although she got tired in the end and didn't want to deal with any cow (as well as anything else).

Thanks, appy! It was fun! Too many people though, so everything was SO slow both of us were very tired by the end of 3rd hour. I'm thinking about may be taking a lesson or 2 down there tet-a-tet with trainer. :)

that does good like fun and is something I want to do.

A good cowboy always has a better horse at the end of the ride, a poor cowboy will be afoot reguardless of the horse.

Thanks, Kentucky! It's worse to try. :) We actually have 2 places around to do team penning, but I've been at one and it was a real mess - some people are just really crazy there (and have no sorry for horses either :( ).
