Well, we are up to 7 now...today I picked up TJ, a grey TB gelding. He is 9 years old and 16.1 H. I have him on a 12 month care lease for my personal use...I am excited about using him at shows next summer. All of our other horse are 15H, so he will be quite different. He has some ground and riding work to improve, but he has a smooth & beautiful trot and is very soft to cues. I am hoping that the care lease will turn into ownership, but the lady isn't quite ready to let him go.

Thanks guys...he is so great to look at. I am going to have a hard time giving him up next year if she decides not to sell him to me! I can't wait to get some time to get out there and ride him (only had time to pick him up and settle him in today)!

Rustic, the one he is with is my former stallion (now gelding Dez) - he is actually the daddy to the colt in my avatar. That is not the most appealing picture of him, but he is a cutie too. Dez used to be my main riding horse, but has recently been ridden regularly by a 15 year old who has really taken to him...I don't get much riding time with Dez anymore, so TJ will give me someone to ride while the kids are riding my other horses.

Hm.... AK, you said he's the only 16th... Who is that paint horse next to him than? That one looks huge comparable to the gray! He's very cute, btw!

Wow, that angle must be weird, Dez makes him look like a pony. I love him though, that snip is adorable. I just want to give him a hug.
