    Two new horses!

No, not me... I wish, though. My friends family recently got two new horses; Sally and Lil Man/Duke/Winchester/Shotgun/Eugene/Eu-Jack... (hes still unnamed, weve been calling him all of those names... Hell probably be named Eu-Jack and his nickname be Lil Man...) [Im on a posting binge tonight, lol...]

Anyway, they got Sally around two weeks ago, but these are the first pics I have of her (from today). Their other horse (Im calling him Lil Man) was brought home today.

Sallys the bay Percheron/x/Quarterhorse. Shes really not that big... only about 15.2 or 15.3 hands... but shes thick. Shes five years old and is greenbroke... my friends traded their twenty year old Quarterhorse gelding for her.

Lil Man is the chestnut Quarterhorse gelding colt. Hes only about a year and a half old (we guesstimated between 15 and 20 months) and cost two hundred dollars. He was born at some breeding farm, but jumped the fence and was found by the people who my friends bought their other two horses from. Since no one ever came to get him, Lil Man stayed with the people and they priced him for sale. Hes not very big... only about 12.3-13.2 hands right now... but hes built so well and hes so adorable... hes going to be stocky and really, really beautiful when he grows up. I dont think hell be over 15.3 hands. Were unsure of his bloodlines, though weve all agreed that he looks a lot like my friends old Quarterhorse gelding that they traded, and he was Doc Bar bred.

Thanks. I'm completely in love with Lil Man... the mare, though... I'm reserving judgement... I adore her color, but I don't know her very well yet.

I love Percherons, first of all, so I can't help loving Sally. *snuggles*
And Lil Man is just adorable (I hope he doesn't get mad at me for not portraying his masculinity lol)! And I love babies, with their big, innocent eyes.
So hug both of them for me! They're both adorable and gorgeous!
