underweight saddlebred after 2 years

I got this saddlebred who is now I think 16 or 17 he about 200 pounds underweight now look at him he is fill of life loves to run and go all over with me follows me around like a lost puppy

I love that he follows without a lead he jogs with me 3 times a week

He looks great! My friend has a horse that was that small if not skinner, we were told he was 19. When she called the vet out we found out he was closer to 30!
