Arrow Update on Rescue Rebel :D

Okay, so its only been about a month since we brought him home. He's one of those that are really hard to keep weight on....Just like Annie. Ugh! Its bad enough that he was skinny to begin with, but now he doesn't want to gain faster either! Oh well, I suppose it has only been a month

Here are pictures I took the day we brought him home -

And the ones taken today -

So? Have I been making good progress so far? How does he look?

I feed him four flakes of large alfalfa a day (two morning, two evening) and Omolene 200 with two scoops of weight builder and Super 14 for his coat. Is that right?

Thanks

Oh good

Its hard for me to judge because looking at him he still looks skinny to me. Oh well, like I said it has only been a month. He'll gain more ^^

Thanks. He's shedding out too so he has a shinier coat. He was really wormy when I got him so the Ivermectin certainly helped since the last update

Once he sheds all out, and give him another month of good feed, he will look like a totally different horse. My Indy looked similar when we got him.

Yes, that's what I figured too. And we're moving to a much better place for pasture here soon.We have three semi-good pastures currently, but once we get to the new house we'll have two HUGE and fast-growing pastures. Haha, he's going to get fat on all that food
