updated pics of my guys

Well its been a while since I've given an update on my babies so I thought I would as they have come a long way since we moved them to somewhere where they have a tonne of grass to eat and somewhere that they can be worked regularly in. They are starting to look a lot nicer. For those who werent on the forum when I posted about them ill give some before pics. The story is for those who don't know, my tb and wb came from a terrible neglectful situation. My stb was stuck at a pony club during the flu outbreak and wasnt looked after the best so he lost tonnes of weight.

Possum before

Possum today, 5 months later (excuse the mud. She found the only mud patch in the whole 60 acres to roll in lol)

Jarred before

Jarred now

Cougar before

Cougar today (he was the only one who didnt find the mud puddle to roll in :))

Well that's them :) they still have a ways to go. Their grass bellies need to lift and form some top line but all in good time :)

Great job, jazzy! I'm sure they love new home.

P.S. It always drives me nuts when I see horses like you had in the beginning. How one can be so negligible!

They all look great but Cougar has improved very fast. Nothing like a little nature made green stuff to make them fill out quick :)

Thanks guys :) it breaks my heart too that people can be so neglectful.

Vida - cougar has come a long way very quickly. I thought he would take the longest as he is nearly 25 and the other two are much younger but he has bounced back really well. Plus, jarred and possum where left for 18 months where as cougar only had a few months of 'not so great feeding'.

It makes me so happy to see them munching on nice grass and frolicking like real horses :)
