Wild horse photos!

Here are some wild horse photos from Arizona's White Mountains.

The first one is of me and John Henry with the stallion of a small herd of 3. All the other photos are of a different herd, but you can see from the last couple of pictures how close we were able to get. In the second herd, the stallion is the gorgeous sooty buckskin!

Oooohhh...that second herd is pretty big...well, not huge, but a good size! love the buckskins in the second herd too. Was the stallion in the first herd a buttermilk/cream buckskin, or was he grey...it's hard to tell...
