Would you like your horse to be feautured in Trail Blazer magazine?

    Hey guys!

No this is not a scam LOL. I am a freelance writer who is currently working on two different assignments for Trail Blazer magazine. One of my assignments features tips for winter horse health care. I'm looking for high resolution, 300DPI pictures to compliment the article. Like I said, high res only please! You will be given all credit in the caption. :)

I'm specifically looking for general pictures of horses frolicking in the snow, maybe some close-ups of some frosty ones, etc. There is also going to be a senior equine sidebar so a picture of a happy and healthy senior horse would be perfect. Maybe in a blanket?

I know this is kind of an odd request but it saves me the time of traveling around to get pictures and it gives some of you an opportunity to get a picture of your favorite mount published. :)

This is my OTTB, Braveheart (Choice Regiment) 22yo this year. Not sure if you can use it, but I like showing off my 'baby pictures'

I keep him in a Tough-1 350 plolyfil blanket, and keep him on senior feed in the winter. And he still runs circles around the younger horses. He's a rescue, he was stuck in a mud pit of a stable. We got him and put him on 50 of our acers, and he started running and rolling and acting like a yearling again

These are my sister's arabian mares (her name is J. Burke -for photo reference) and the first picture is from March 2011. The mare in blue is a 26 year old grade arabian, named Misty. The mare in red is her 17 year old daughter, Glory (registered name is Misty Morning Glory).
