Finally got my horses Halloween Costumes for his year finished and figured I would show th forum family what torture my TWH mare and gelding are going to be put through on Halloween.

Here's Gypsie as a Clown!

And Dakota as a Court Jester!

Don't they look miserable? Haha...

Both costumes are all hand-made... I spent fifty cents on Gypsie's (the clown wig) and nothing on Dakota's, as my great grandmother and cousin Kim and I already had all of the material.

Gypsie and Dakota will both walk, trot, canter, and hand-gallop with the costumes on. We're going to my church's fund-raising carnival tomorrow to give pony-rides, and yes, they'll be in-costume. Lol... I hope to get many, many pics.

Sammy Kruger

wow those look way more intricate than mine. Here's sammy and his finished Freddy Kruger costume. The costume show isn't until the 23rd but I got it done early. My mom made it from a sketch I drew up and we fit it to him using his fleece blanket.

I'm ordering a hat to thread onto his bridle and I'm going to somehow stitch the claw hand (costume of course) onto my bloodied and ripped pajamas since all freddy's victims are killed while they're sleeping. It's going to look like he's holding onto me and ripped it.

Wow, sorry I haven't been on, guys. My computer has crashed and I have to literally find a computer to use right now...

No, lol, they aren't too thrilled, but they deal with it, lol.

The hat... I made it... it's just cloth cut and super-glued to cardboard for the rim, and the jester triangle things are two pieces of cloth sewed together and stuffed and sewn onto the top on the hat. I cut holes in the sides to put the bridle through.
