I have been makinga binder for Oliver with all his information. He has been sick for the past month or so and I just felt time I had somthing on hand at the barn with all his information and have it be user friendly in case of emergncy.
This is what I have so far:
Vet info-name numbers address (noted more then 1 emergency contact in case I or my trainer are not present beisdes Vet and Pilchuck Hostpital)
Farrier_ currently waiting to get all the information cause I am going to be using my trainers so we have the horses on the same time scheduale :)
All my information: numbers email and address (in case a vet bill has to be sent to me)
I made a log on word doc. To log his vet and farrier appoitments (dates, what was done, how much each thing cost)
I have info page, with his vitals, his normal personalty and behavoir any allergies
Then have a pages for notes to just jot down if needed
Am I missing anything? Should I add somthing?
Suggestions would be great :)
Hopefully with me making this no one will have to use it in the near future or at all!
