The hair on the feet is feathering, and it doesn't shed out like a winter coat. Some horses naturally have more or less of it. If you end up showing him in hunter classes, WP, showmanship, etc, you'll want to clip it since he's not a draft horse, but a stock horse.
His throatlatch is a little coarse-looking, but that's no major issue, mostly aesthetic. His rear end is rather weak-looking for a stock horse, but he could just be lacking muscling. It looks as if it needs to be somewhat wider from flank to dock. His back drops a little sharply from his withers, so make sure his saddle fits his shape properly and doesn't "bridge." His shoulder is a tad upright, too, but nothing too bad.
