Alright- I'm Feeling Brave- Critique Thumper's Conformation?

So I'm feeling brave tonight - anyone willing to critique Thumper's conformation? I realize that this isn't the best picture for a confo critique, but I'll try to get a couple more the next time I go out...

Point out the good things, as well, as I'm very protective of my baby .

well, maybe next time squat down when you take pics of your horses confo and try to back away so you dont zoom in, cuz when you zoom in it makes the picture a little more funky :P but.....

his confo looks pretty good,he has straighter pasterns then i like because they can sometimes cause problems when they are so upright and it usually causes for anduncomfortable ride...but again, that might also be the angle you took the pick at. other then that he looks good :)

If there are no horses in heaven... im not going.

I think he is very very cute. What breed?

The only things that really stand out to me are that he has a long neck and he is built downhill. I love his face though, so cute!

You can never take a Thoroughbred away from a horse crazy girl.

The only thing that jumps out at me is that he looks a little thick through the throat latch. Other than that, I think he's very cute.

What a cutie!

He's got pretty decent build; Neck ties in a bit low at the shoulder, he is slightly downhill, and thick in the throatlatch, but other than that, he's pretty nice.

I think if you did a lot of topline building exercises you would have one very smart looking pony! His neck ties a little low but his nice long neck pretty much makes up for that and he has a very cute head. More muscling on his topline would make him look level and not downhill I think. Keep up the good work I bet he's fun to ride!

His pasterns are a little steep and his neck ties a little low, other than that, he looks good.
