Attempt #2: Confo critique of my 10 y.o. TB mare!

K finally got to a computer that will let me upload a picture. Relying on my phone for internet access is frusterating! Here's just what I posted before:

Hi all! It's been awhile since I've been on...things got a bit crazy for awhile. Anyway, my TB rescue mare has had a nice couple of years (!) off of riding and I'm ready to start bringing her back into normal work. I'd like to do low level eventing with her. I don't know much about conformation other than the 'box' and how to spot serious flaws. She's a beautiful mover, though, so something must be good in there ;) What can you tell me about how she's built? I apologize for not getting great pics...she was having a bit of a meltdown :P hopefully this one is good enough for some basics. I know she is very out of shape and needs a good amount of muscle, particularly in her pencil neck!

Her feet are due for a trim in a week...her pancaked front hoof has greatly improved since I got her, and is always better after a trim, but has never completely gone away =\ She's also pretty dirty!

    Thanks!

She Is Beautiful And Very Nicely Muscled! You Have Yourself A VERY Nice Thoroughbred. She Is Proportioned Nicely. She Is A Little Butt-high. That's The Only Flaw I Can See In This Pic.

She is very nicely built. I see athletism and power when I look at her! I don't like her neck, though; it seems to be short and thin, and lacking muscle.

Wow she looks really good! But yeah...Her neck kinda ruins the rest of her body XD it just doesn't fit...Even though I like her neck..It is better than my TB's! =P

Anyways yes she looks very good.

Thanks everyone so far! That's good to hear

Lol and I know, her neck looks goofy compared to rest of her. I don't notice it in person, but in pictures it's really noticeable. I can't wait to get her working and build up those muscles. I think walking around her somewhat hilly pasture must keep the rest of her in good shape.

She's also a cribber, and when she cribs her neck looks MUCH more muscled...go figure

    Thanks for the replies! :)

Anyone else? I'm interested in how her legs look in general, and also if there's anything that stands out that may affect (for better or worse) her potential jumping ability.
