    Cool "Bacardi Blues"? (crit?)

Here's that photo of Blu. Once again he's standing funny because he was rubbing his head. Please excuse that. Critique if you'd like. Or just comment on his eyes. Everything and anything welcome.

Also, any advice on working his topline?

Ya I know. Our farrier moved so he's been barefoot all winter and just got trimmed. I keep calling another farrier and he says he'll come out and he never does.

I think he will benefit from shoes.
He looks in good weight and muscle

How old is he? He looks bony across the top of his hind quarters.

Those feet are horrible. I'd be calling anyone and everyone to get someone out right away. No hoof, no horse.

He was neglected and I've still never been able to fully fill out his topline. The only really bad thing about his feet is the chipping. Which isn't that bad considering he had no shoes on when I got him, his hooves were all spread out, and the were chipped. So as of now I'd consider them perfect condition comparing them to when I got him. However...I really need to get them done. Like I said, he's been trimmed. Just needs shoes. But since I haven't ridden out much, I'm not in overdrive trying to find a farrier.

    Thanks guys! :)

You need to be in overdrive and get those feet trimmed up. Doesn't matter if you are riding or not. They can lead to cracks or worse which can lame the horse up pretty quickly.
