    Back from the keuring!

And my colt Wikke made a 2nd premie. I am SO proud of him right now, he did a fantastic job He was an angel and so fearless and friendly with everyone, human and horse alike. It was great to see him handle himself so well in a "horse show" type of environment like that.

Was also nice to have the judges confirm what I thought about his conformation. I'm constantly working to improve my critiquing knowledge, but I wasn't sure with him; he's my baby so I thought I might be somewhat biased looking at him.

Anyway, here's a movie of his keur (3 1/2 months old)

And just for the heck of it, here he is at 9 days old. They grow up so fast!

Hehe, he never did like the butt rope approach. We found out pretty quickly that he did better without it, he never had a problem moving forward on the lead.

I loved the 2nd video. He is just so people-friendly for the baby. I got both mine halter untrained being a long yearlings already and that was somewhat painful to manage.
