To buy or not to buy?

    Guys here we go
I am looking to do mainly dressage but a bit of jumping. 16hh preferably and warmblood.
    I've found some new horses:

Horse 1: Draft x TB Gelding
    Price:2000
    Age:4
    15.1 hh

    Pros:good age, cheap

Cons: Not exaclty the breed I was looking for, and there must be reason he is so cheap. Also there his withers are really far back, is that a bad thing? I should probably know this

This horse is in NB too, but since he is 2000 I can pay the boxing.

    Horse 2: Canadian Sport/Hanoverian

    Price:6500

Pros: Definetly my prefered breed/age, horse looks awesome
Cons: its 1500 over my budget and in NB so I will have to make a plan to get him over here. I can't really afford him right now unless my loan goes through which is pretty iffy at the moment. Without my loan I have 5 grand.

    Horse 3: Cleveland/TB mare

    Price:4000
Seems like the best bet at the moment:

Pros: good age, good price, closer to me
Cons: This horse has been for sale for a while a little fishy, I don't know too much about Clevelands though.
