    Comet's Progress! Please critique riding and horse!

    This is Western Comet, my 16 ish hand OT Standardbred pacer gelding. You can learn more about him in my previous posts. I have posted some of the problems we have had and here is how he has improved!

    In the video, your legs are too far back. You also need to keep your heels down more.

    Thanks! I always feel like I am in a chair seat so I put my legs back XD

    I think in the videos MIEventer posted about correct saddle fit in a post some time ago, there was something said about unbalanced saddles making you do that or something... not sure.

    Yeah it is my new saddle and I need a thicker pad for it than my old one needed. Plus my horse is slightly rump high so he is a tad downhill. Typical standie
