He seems really straight-legged which isn't bad, just pointing it out. He seems a bit posty-legged when viewed from that head on picture of his legs. Needs a lot more muscle in his butt, which might correct the pointyness mentioned above. And if I were you, I'd leave his forlock, mane, and tail alone...you seem to be a little scissor happy.
