He seems really straight-legged which isn't bad, just pointing it out. He seems a bit posty-legged when viewed from that head on picture of his legs. Needs a lot more muscle in his butt, which might correct the pointyness mentioned above. And if I were you, I'd leave his forlock, mane, and tail seem to be a little scissor happy.

In the before picture it was not when he was mine, and when he arrived at mine he diddnt look that way either

And his man e and tail are pulled and I chop his fore lock as it grows fast

I think more over weight than under? Fine horse. Love the shine on the coat. Like a nice summer day :) Hug a horse.

Ha!! Never, I hate it, he must always have his mane and tail neatly pulled haah

Am he is badly under weight, ribs showing etc.
