Conformation critique

This is Harley, the 4yo chincoteague pony I trained and I was wonderin if anyone could critique him??

Aww I dont see any major faults :) He is a cutie pie! xD i luff him!

Okay, let me see =] i love critiqueing =]

Might be from the angle of the picture, but it looks like he has a rather big head. He doesn't have much muscle for a 4 yr old. His flanks aren't filled out and not that attractive. He has a pretty thick neck, a flatter crest. Looks like he has really excellent legs though =] He just doesn't have any muscle tone really...

His coat coloring makes him a pretty boy overall =]
