Critique Appreciated

Hi all,

Please openly critique Byron Soloist.

14.2hh Australian Riding Pony Gelding. Bay 8yrs.

Competes in hack shows, wasn't broken till he was around 5 and has never been in full time training until myself, so he hasn't done a heap but has managed to win a few classes and place highly at a royal, and has won heaps with us and we have only had him for a year. He is a handful, has the head of a 2yr old, has caused a scene at many shows and does have many flaws including bucking and tantrums. But overall he is a nice boy, great personality just very dominating.

I'm now training him in showjumping to hopefully mature him a little and be able to compete with him at PC this year.

Would like a critique of his conformation and just a general opinion. The most recent photo of him is the one of him jumping on the lunge, taken yesterday. The others are pretty old.

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful. I can't nit-pick at anything really besides he needs more muscle.

Looks nice from these pics...although it's really hard to tell until you have a conformation pic (without tack.) Nice tuck to the jump though!
