Very cute. Free jump photo is awesome. He's a very flat jumper, not terribly round, but a beautiful front end and looks very safe and capable.
I don't think he's as camped under as the photo makes him look.
I would like to see a little more muscling on the top of his neck. Overall, though, he fits in the conformation "box" and his three body sections are equal. So, no major conformation flaws, and if his previous rider allowed him to travel hollow or inverted; you may be able to do good quality flat work to add muscling on top.

I would have him in my barn for the front end over fences alone.
