Critique Harley! 5 yr old QH

This is my reining gelding LHT Flashey N Sassy Aka Harley! He is a five year old 14.1hh qh and is currently being finished in reining. I lovee this little boy! He looks like he has a ewe neck which he partially does but his head is also set extramly low so it just makes it look worse than it really is.

Not a fan of his neck.
He toes out quite a bit in front and behind.
Are his feet kept that long on purpose?

He does have a very sweet face and I love the action shots.

He looks well put together besides his ewe neck, which becomes less noticeable in the action shots. I love his facial expressions!

I think I read somewhere that slight toeing out can be desired in some disciplines. As long as he is sound, I don't see his toeing out to be much of an issue.

Yes his neck isn't very attractive but were working on it! He also has an extremely low set head which doesn't help it all that much -.- His toes have never been an issues so we don't worry about them too much. He's defiantly due for a trim, this is his first time with shoes on!
