Looks pretty good to be. The main, important points have been stated and enough information has been given to give the buyer an idea of what the mare is capable of.

Looks like a good ad to me.

Do you mind me asking why you are having to sell her? She's such a cute girl!

She's perfect actually. Nothing wrong at all. My dream pony. I need a larger horse and something I can work with and move up and take to college and I've gotten to the point where I've outgrown and surpassed her. I can't show her in hunters after I turn 18 and I want to start doing higher level eventing and show 3'+ and she's just not up to that. I mean, she can do 3' fine, but I'd never ask more than that. Plus, if I sold her and bought a cheap horse, I'd have some money left over to save.

I love that you acknowledge that instead of just keeping her. She can teach someone else now!

Good luck in the new horse search and be sure to keep us updated!
