Although I do agree with that you are saying about her hands...I'm going to have to disagree about the deeper seat. I think your seat looks fine being forward like that, especially since you're cantering. Another thing is you should be looking where you are going around the circle, not in between the horses ears. When you are looking where you are going, you move your body in that direction which then makes the horse move in the direction you want to go.
