^so about the toes, i have always been taught that you can use your spur and turn your toe out a little but not too far. Honestly i really don't understand it 100% b/c sometimes you need to use more spur more consistently... I bet someone else can explain it and i am looking forward to learning the logic behind it. I know what your position is supposed to look like and know all the of reasons for your hands, seat, leg- but not the toes thing

^ A lot of the time when people point their toes out they end up with the back of their calf against the horse, rather than the inside of their calf. That's the problem toes out can create, but as long as the inside of your calf is what's again the horse than you're fine.

As far as I know.

I really feel like it would be easier for Robbie to get of the forehand if you sat up and tall, and maybe a smidge back. I understand that he's uneven right now and that you do hunter/jumper which encourages a small lean, but to get him traveling even better and to sit back on his haunches, you need to sit back as well. You guys do look awesome!

I don't have any advice about the use of spur. Definitely work on your seat, roll your shoulders back, feel for your butt bones.

However I have to say you have one of the best crest release's I've seen in a while!
