Critique Miniature Conformation?

I was recently given a miniature horse named Sammy(my cousin couldn't handle him) and he has a few attitude issues. But he has potential he just needs to bond with somebody and have somebody he can trust. Not that will just yell at him, smack him, and through him back in the pasture when he makes a mistake. He is really really fuzzy and is one of those that get fat on air.

What do you think of his conformation? (I know pictures are horrible it was almost dark and a blizzard was coming in)
Sammy the horse

He is something like 5 or 6 years old and non-registered.

Any pics of him standing square, taken from level ground? I can see he's a light-colored horse from these pics and that's about it

Not yet. He is barely halter broke so it will be a bit before we can get square photos of him on level ground.
