    Critique my boy jumping!

And me if you happen to notice anything glaringly wrong xD

First of all, excuse the pictures. They are screenshots from videos You aren't going to be able to see too much in most of them, but there are a few that are okay.

Well, this is Gunner. He's a 6 year old Quarter horse, and we are currently showing in Pre-Children's Hunter Horse. He and I have jumped up to three foot together, but right now we're working on getting 2'9" down pat. He's dead honest to the jumps, and he's going to be a real old hand by the time I'm done with him xD

    2'6" I think

    Warm up exercise

He finally jumps things that don't have standards w/o even looking *dances*

Not sure of the height on this one.

Got a big spot on that jump

Barrels are terrifying beasts when they are hidden behind gates O_o He didn't refuse it, though!

At a show, jumps are 2'6" I wish you could see more here. D:

    Us a year ago.

    Thanks, muchly!

    Thank you! :]

He's such a good boy. He's amazing. He's really green, but when I make mistakes, he does whatever he can to keep me on him, and save the jump. He's going to be a real packer once he's completely trained 8D

For the height of the jumps you seem to be leaning forwards slightly too much, try to stand up in your stirrups more to lift your bum out of the saddle, and at the same time push your bum back to the cantle.. you look very flat on his neck.. over all though you look great
