In the first picture, you need to reposition your stirrup iron like in the second photo. It'll keep your foot from rotating out so much. And your heels are great!! As long as you're not forcing them down, don't worry about it because mine are exactly the same way!! We just have very flexible ankles! lol! Keep you're thumbs up and I think you need to have a bit more angle in you arms. The gray horse seems to have his head up above the bit and that's why you have your arms straight. Remember to keep a good angle there.
In the second picture, you are doing really well!! I would suggest shortening your stirrup leathers a hole or maybe two. Remember you want to fold over the jump so you want to push your butt back and not just fold your upper body onto your horses neck. Lol, you're a lot better than I am at jumping, so, you're doing good!!
