Shoulders back, Raise your hands up his neck more and overall just go forward more. Sink ALL your weight into your HEELS. You really need to give more of a release. Try looking at pictures and videos of people jumping to help you get an idea of what you need. But really, watching videos on youtube of people jumping really does help!
not bad. for a new jumper i would work on gymnastics. give him some ground poles to help him find his spots. his knees are hanging and not even so he needs all the help you can give him to develop his form. bounces, cavaletti, etc will help
I would put your shoulders up, lean upward a little bit and give more of a release.
