Thank you.

Short at the back - I'm guessing that's why it was hard to find a right saddle for him.

First of all, I get the sense he is quite large. lol.

He can be split into 3 equal parts, which is just right. He has a clean throatlatch and well arched, muscled neck. To me, his shoulder looks as if it might be a little on the upright side. His withers sit behind his forelegs (GOOD!) and his back is short. I have a mare with an extra short back as well. He has a nice hip on him and if he was squared up his croup would slope nicely. Can't say much about his hocks, but his front legs are over at the knee and he does toe out, but no cow hocks.

I like him, I would just as proud if he were mine.

So being over at the knee is really not a bad thing... it doesnt worry me, behind the knee would worry me. The one thing that DOES worry me is the fact that he is tied in at the tendon which means that his tendons come in behind the knee and and smaller than they should be. That generally means weak tendons so i would be worried about him bowing a tearing a tendon... but other than that he is super cute! :) and has pretty good conformation other than what has been said! :)

He has grown up nicely and will be celebrating his 5th birthday in a few months.
We have been growing and developing at a slow pace but I just thought to share where we have gotten now.

So from this...
