Lovely jump! Maybe try some little jumps bare back if your worried about your posistion :)

You look great!!

The only thing I can comment is that it looks like you got left just a tad behind but that may be from seeing the size of the jump.

I would suggest shortening your sturips one hole.

I would have to agree with what has already been said and I would also like to add that your horse and you are both incredibly talented. Check out that scope! I would have to agree that you are maybe a fraction of a second behind his/her motion but, I think that shortening your stirrups 1-2 holes will give you a better base for jumping so that when you are jumping at this height you won't be reaching so much for your stirrups and you will be able to give a little more of a release(it looks like you may have slightly caught him/her in the mouth). You have the start of a fantastic automatic release, almost a completely straight line from bit to elbow. The shorter stirrup(which will push you over the vertical) will most likely help this also.

You are a fantastic rider and you have alot of skill. Good luck and keep up this fantastic work!

I think everythings pretty much already been said. You're a tad behind, but congradulations on not jumping ahead!! It's the worst habit you can have, so be happy you have pretty perfect form :) Once you shorten your stirrup a hole, it'll be easier to have a nicer release. Beautiful horse

Wow thanks for all the positive replies guys! Yeah I usually do shorten my stirrups, I'm just lazy ;) and thanks, he is a good boy.. lots of time spent on him.

I don't know what everyone else is talking about, but you aren't behind not even a little. Your butt is hovering over the center of the saddle and following the horses motion exactly how it should be. Also your stirrups look like they are fine, you aren't reaching for your iron and your heal is down nicely.

All around I think you look really good and so does your horse.

I don't think you are behind your horse either, I believe you are where you should be.
I'd like to see a bit more release in your hands though, but who the heck is perfect! You both look great.

Green Broke
I clicked on the thread thinking I was going to be able to give a critique, but considering the height of your jump, I do not feel qualified.

Hopefully Allison Finch or Maura will see this post.
