Saying you are running around a course instead of navigating it is a critique of your riding and training.
Running like crazy is rampant in the lower level jumper classes. It may win. But it is not the correct way to do a jumper course and it will not work at the higher levels.
You need to slow down and go back to basics so you can regulate your horses pace to the jumps. Setting the horse up properly for the jump allows you to clear the jump and move forward with out stuttering and knocking down poles.
(That is a critique of the video you posted, in case you were not sure.)
