You look fine. I'd bring your stirrups up a whole or two, though. I used to wear my stirrups that long but since I shortened them it's been a huge help xD

And I'd bring your toes in a bit, and keep your heels down ^^

Good job, though.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

Aww, is your horse a Standardbred? So cute.
I don't think you look too big. The only thing I noticed is that you look a little unstable in the second picture, and you're pitching forward, however, I've ridden trotters and pacers before and I know that when they get going, it's impossible to be totally stable. The gait pretty much pushes you forward.
I'm actually pretty near Hermon (ok well like an hour and a half away haha, I'll be boarding at Puckerbrush this year though hopefully!). Where do you ride, if you don't mind me being a total creeper and asking? :)

And now, the men of the Second Armored Division with their famous close-order swanning about.

RoosterDo- I have no clue lol

SorrelHorse- I will try to get those stirrups up and I have always had trouble with my stupid feet lol XD

Dantexeventer- he is a Standardbred and he may be cute but he is a little crazy lol. I was a little unstable. I ride at Cyr Farm in Hermon and will be using the indoor with my trainer over to Someday Farm. Both are in Hermon. My old trainer used to go to Puckerbrush!

Haha awww, every Standardbred I've ever ridden has been opinionated, for sure. They're so much fun, though! :)

You're not too big for the horse.

You look more comfortable in this saddle than the one you were jumping in in the other thread.

However, if I was riding a horse with *that* trot; I'd want something I could post in too!

No, I didn't mean it was terrible! I mean, because he's a Standardbred, he really trots out - a big, long trot. In the second photo, he's got a *lot*of overtrack. Really difficult to sit, posting is a must!

You need a saddle you can post comfortably in.
