Wow, what a pretty boy! Do you happen to know his registered name/pedigree? I'd like to look him up on the Pedigree Query website.

As for conformation, with these photos it's hard to tell, but he appears to be hollowing his back in the under-saddle picture, and his neck looks "upside down" - see how it has a upside-dow bow shape to it? But that's probably because of the fact that he doesn't appear to like his rider much, and he seems resistant. But, a soft-handed, quiet-seated rider and properly fitting tack would fix that.
He's got a nice, long neck otherwise, good shoulder (not too steep), and his legs look good to me. His hooves need some trimming, though, to get the toes shorter and heels back where they need to be.
He's gorgeous, though, and I don't see any flaws that couldn't be corrected with a good rider, correct training and a good farrier! Pretty horse!

P.S. What price are the owners asking? Does he have any underlying heath conditions?

He looks long in body and on 2nd pic somewhat downhill (may be uneven ground). However I don't see it to be a big problem for trail riding.

He looks very sweet and quiet. Especially on 2nd pic - that OK, OK, what do you want now? Expression. Very flashy too!

Kind of looks like that saddle may not fit him. I think he is very pretty.

no underlying health conditions that I know of. I sent an email requesting his registered name and will post it as soon as I get it. He is priced very reasonable at $500, I think he's gorgeous!!!

In my area, (florida) he looks like a steal at that price. For a trail horse, temperament is more important than conformation. Is he calm or spooky? Is he a leader or follower? Does he kick or bite? Take him on a good long trail ride before you buy him, but he is definitely a looker.

$500 is an AWESOME price! There was a palomino pinto mare here in So. Oregon for $500, broodmare, but when I went to look for the ad the next day, it was gone.
He'll probably be great for trail riding as long as he has a calm(er) temperament. My horse, Buck, is a APHA/QH/TB in training for gaming, and he's always looking around (mostly for the way home!) when we go on a trail ride. Sam, though, is perfect - head down, ears alert but everything about him is SO relaxed. I guess that's what makes a good trail horse - calm and reliable!
