Well, it's $3000, 8 years old and jumping tiny fences. That screams behavior issues or soundness issues (or both) at me.
If you are in a lower price range (ie below about 8-10) Then consider that most of everything you're looking at that is over the age of about 6 that is advertised as a "warmblood" is most likely going to be lame or crazy. A nice WB who is about 8 and jumping low fences and suitable for someone looking to do the low/medium h/j will be above 10 because there is a market for these horses.
So I would limit your search to either younger or older horses (under 5 or over 13/14), or horses of other breeds like TB and QH that can do just as well at the low/mid levels if you have a lower price limit and I think you will be happier with what you find.
