Smile Critique on potential Hunter mare

I am going to look at this mare tomorrow, and would love to know what you all think of her.
In my opinion, I think her confo is pretty good overall, I don't really like the look of her hind legs though.
I would be using her as a competition mount for Hunter Under Saddle and Hunter Over Fences. Her name is Red and she is a 16.2, 1999 Throughbred mare. No plans on breeding her, but her ad says that her last foal sold for $20 000 (I don't know if this is a good or bad thing, as I know that some TB foals go for a lot more). Apparently she did ok on the track, making close to $250 000.
Anyone that knows their TB bloodlines can take a look at her pedigree here
I don't know too much about Thoroughbred bloodlines, but am always willing to learn.

I may be doing a trade with her for my mare Sonya, as they are looking for a trail horse.

These are the only pictures I have of her, I may be able to get more of her after I visit.

Just out of curiousity may I ask how much they're asking? I'm just wondering since her foal sold for $20k!
I don't know enough to critique, but she sure is pretty.

I don't know how much they are asking for her, if I am getting her it will be a trade for my mare. I will be sure to ask though, as I am curious too, and will get back to you on that.

I am really hoping that everything goes well and her owners like my mare as well.

IMO, She has nice confo, especially for a TB! I would agree with you that her back legs are alittle odd, maybe just a itty bit camped out. She needs some more muscle in her butt & back legs. For being a hunter, she isn't necessarily considered to be very "flashy" since she has no white on her. Her tail is also oddly very short for a 12yo. Can't really tell her movement without picture/video of trot, canter, or O/F. I would say she's a nice horse though! (:

I went out to see Red today. She is probably the calmest thoroughbred I have met in a while. She stood very still in the cross ties, tacked up fine, let me run my hands all over her with no problem. She is very comfy to ride, and has nice movement. Her head is very pretty. She was very sweet and well mannered. I noticed she is a little ribby, but that is expected with a TB. I'm sure it won't be a problem to build some muscle. She is sort if lazy under saddle, but I think once she gets some more meat on her bones she will perk up.
Her owners have had her since April. She came from Kentucky, and was going to be used as a trail horse, but is too tall for the owner to feel comfortable on.
I felt right at home on her, and we are most likely going to go throuh with the trade!
