Six year old registered Thoroughbred mare. Say what you feel. Note - up until August 2010 she had never been outside of a stall. She has bad feet because of this and swollen knees from growing on cement/no movement. She was thin and due to having been thin, only stalled and currently un-broke I am well aware that her back end could use some muscling up.
Wow, her build is very QH-y. I actually like her quite a bit. Like Eq said, a bit over at the knee and has a pretty short neck as compared to the rest of her, which also makes her head look bigger. Nice angles. Given a bit of time, good care, and work, she'll shape up to be a very nice looking and flashy mare.
My thoughts exactly. Just wanted someone a little less "attached" to critique. All of my Thoroughbreds are a bit Quarter Horsie, which I love and cannot wait to see what they produce. "Sigh" they eat like Thoroughbreds though! :)
