Critque please :)

okay finally got around to getting another video :)

Have a few question, is it possible from this video to tell if he is on the forehand?
Buzz is the only horse I have ridden in ages and don't really know how to tell, I am planning on getting lessons but with my finances now and Buzz needing all the food that he does proving to be very difficult.

Critque away, be as harsh as need be.

you ride very nicely; balanced both from side to side and front to back and post very lightly. I can see that your horse is very comfortable carrying you and seems relaxed and trusting. You make a nice pair.
I think his movement is very nice, his trot very rythmic one two one two and not heavy on the forehand. Neither is he fully engaged in self carriage either. btu he moves correctly for a hunter. His up transition from walk to trot was a bit ragged because you didn't prepare him enough,, but that was really minor. I noticed he leans into the circle going to the left a little, less so to the right. Again, minor. If you had a tiny bit more contact sot that you could ask for a bit more bend then you would have a better circle and better prepared transition. Again, I think you ride very nicely and are a lovely pair. no kiddin!

Thank you :)

I have a habit of letting losing contact as Buzz has a soft mouth and I can control him fine with it that length, I have gotten much better I used to have lopes in the reins.
My circles are attroseus(sp) I am planning on marking out a 20m circle tomorrow, I did have it marked out before but had to bring everything in with cyclone warnings (never happened) and havn't gotten around to putting everthing back.

Thanks again for the critque :)
