Do you like my parade horse?

This was Dobe's (my mustang) first time in a parade around all the big scary things that flap in his face so he was a little prancy. He is usually not that way.

I know he is cross-legged on the front in this one, they had just started talking on the speakers behind him and he was in the process of taking a sidestep.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog:

Nice pictures! They took me back to when I was in 4H and our club would ride in parades. My horse was the only one who would go across the railroad tracks!

Stella - sweet, timid, elegant, lovely, lively, amazing
Luna - large, unattractive, naughty, adored

We are suppose to ride in a labor day parade this month. We rode in it last year but hubbys not to sure he wants to do it this year :(
Good job on carrying that flag, thats harder than it looks.
