Dressage show critique

It was interesting day. I was very proud of Daizey, and myself actually. Our tests weren't perfect, but I was able to keep her calm despite the thunder and rain. We got disqualified from our prix caprilli test because she refused the jump, but she did fine in the warm up ring after that so at least she did it. I did experience some rudeness and breed prejudice for the first time though, and it made me a wreck which definitely transferred to her. I've got to learn to focus on my horse and I and that's it. My mom asked me, "Did she do as well as you wanted? Because that's all that matters, forget them," and I realized that she did even better. I'm still beaming with pride; Daizey gets a cake tomorrow, and I plan on setting up a massage for her. She deserves it. We managed to pull off a third and fifth :) I'd love a critique on us, and if you wouldn't mind, a score on my two tests would be cool.

Out of focus, but I think we're going nicely anyway

Just for fun :)

Well the pictures obviously didn't come thru Would love to see them. As for the videos it's a little difficult to see a lot of the tests but form what I can see, you guys looked great!
Your horse was moving nicely forward and was bend well. Your position was correct and your hands were fairly quiet. I might suggest to keep your eye up and look where you're going-but again maybe you were doing it, difficult to see.

Would have loved to be there. Gorgeous horse :)

Of course now the pictures work... I was amused, on some of the shots the look on your face was as tho you are about to fall of a cliff, or get attacked by something.

Loved the last photo with the ribbons, Congrats again!

Showjumping is like dressage with speed bumps!
