Please critique my lesson below. Just as a background - I've been riding for 6 months and started taking English lessons 2 months ago. I was taking Western lessons and then switched. My lesson horse is a quarter horse mare that I'm hoping to lease next year.
Sorry about the poor video quality. My camera decided to stop working at the beginning of my lesson, so my husband used his phone to record. I plan to record after I get a new camera.
I know I'm on the wrong diagonal, I can always "feel" when I'm on the wrong diagonal but for unknown reasons, I'm not able to stay on the correct diagonal. It almost feel more natural when I'm on the wrong diagonal. I've tried sitting for two beats and then I'm on the correct diagonal for about 3 strides, then somehow I end up on the wrong on again. So i'm working on that.
Constructive feedback is welcomed :)
