Looks like she has pretty straight legs, I don't see anything that would disable her. Give reining a go! Just start out slow and see how it goes. I've always found if you learn the techniques of reining (ex. turn on the for hand, back, spin, roll back...so on) It makes it alot quicker and easier to teach cutting.
EDIT- Looking at the top pic again her butt does look a little bit high (could be the way she is standing or just me) Could cause difficulty in a silde stop though.Possibly a bit sickle hocked but again I may be being picky although some reiners prefer sickle hocked horses as some believe it gives an easier slide,not sure myself.
