For the trot on the video, I would be giving lots of leg with half haults for more power, and a nice kick or two if necessary. And don't try to post until you have the powerful trot you want! Like Almond Joy said, when you lean forward it will encourage her to walk. She wants any reason to stop, so keep her balanced and forward.

Looks pretty good for the first time in year! Some advice for your posting trot use your upper thighs to help you pull up when you post! The stronger your upper thighs get the easier posting will be and you'll last longer too!

Talking to your horse is sometimes all the therapy you need.
