    I would say just to bend your elbows a bit and roll your shoulders back. Pretty much what the others said.

    But I LOVE the tie-dye!! Especially those Polo wraps! =D

    Shoot n ow that you mentioned that I think ill do the same!!! My legs can definitely get better... also neck stretcher, LOVE THEM! That and drew reins if you know how to use them. Saved my but with my feisty little morgan I used to have... lol.
